Experienced SDTM Programming Specialist

By joining a group of 10 highly skilled SDTM Programming Specialist, in the Clinical Data Management team of over 40 people, the successful candidate will strengthen the experienced team in Ottignies, Belgium.

Your role:

As Experienced SDTM Programming Specialist you will develop all SAS programs required to perform Clinical Data Management activities: reporting, cleaning, coding, and to provide SDTM datasets to the Biostatistical team.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Define the SDTM conversions and program the SDTM datasets.
  • Generate all SDTM deliverables to be fully FDA submission compliant.
  • Program the SAS data validation checks.
  • Develop the SAS programs required for:
    • Coding of the medical data;
    • The transfer of the external data;
    • Unblinding of the database;
    • Reporting.
  • Create all dashboard reports.
  • Support the generation of dashboard reporting standards.

Your profile:

The successful candidate must have a university degree in computer science or a health-related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. In addition, the position requires:

  • Extensive SAS programming experience (including creation of SAS macros).
  • Extensive CDISC SDTM experience (at least 15 studies programmed).
  • Experience in Clinical Data Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
