Randomization Methods

Several methods can be used to allocate treatments at random, and the choice of the most appropriate method must be carefully studied before the trial is launched.

Methods such as randomly permuted blocks within strata and stochastic minimization are used to balance for prognostic factors. IDDI has extensive expertise to help you to choose the most appropriate randomization method. IDDI has developped ID-net™ an Interactive Web Response System (IWRS) dedicated to centralized randomization and treatment allocation.
